Terms of Service
- Introduction - Welcome to moneyswap.africa registered in Nigeria under the aegis of Moneyswap Nigeria Limited, RC1801258 a peer to peer, and API platform for exchanging currencies with other users. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your use of our services.
- Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years old to use our app or webapp. - You must have a valid email address and phone number.
- Account Registration - You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account by ensuring your sign-up details remain strictly confidential.
- Swap Terms - Swaps are facilitated through our app and webapp, but we do not decide the exact exchange value at which currencies are swapped, however, users can not offer exchange rates far below or over and above prevailing global rates or stipulated government rates, where governments have regulated exchange value. Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds to complete a swap. - Swaps are final and cannot be reversed.
- Fees - We charge a 3% fee per swap. - Fees are deducted from the swap amount.
- Payment and Settlement - Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Flutterwave. Settlement of funds will occur within 24 hours. Where swaps are not effected successfully to both parties, funds lodged for such swaps are returned to both parties within 24 hours.
- Dispute Resolution - If a dispute arises, users must attempt to resolve it amicably. - We reserve the right to intervene and make a final decision.
- Liability - We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of our app. - Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions.
- Governing Law - These Terms of Service are governed by the Foreign Exchange (Monitoring and Miscelleneous Provisions) Act Decree No. 17 of 1995, law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Changes to Terms - We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notifying the public.
- Acceptance - By using our app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
